Application Process

 
Thank you for visiting our website and expressing interest in our school. We are very proud of what we do here at St. Hedwig.
 
If you are interested in our school, please submit an application. 
 
Review the steps below to better understand our application process.  
 
 

1)  Complete and submit an online application .

  • Birth Certificate (mandatory)
  • Baptismal Records (if catholic)
  • Immunization Records (mandatory)
  • Report Card (most recent)
  • Standardized Test Scores (most recent)
  • IEP or 504 Plan (if applicable)
 
2) Admissions will review your application.  Admissions staff will not review incomplete applications.
 
3). After reviewing your application, Admissions will communicate with you regarding the possibility of scheduling a new student screening.  Our goal is to reach out to you within a week of receiving your application.
