Jielann Jarcia, class of 2012, Distinguished Scholar at St. Joseph's High School.
Jielann successfully completed her first semester of college at the University of Alabama with a 4.0 GPA and was given highest academic recognition, included in the President's List. She is attending the University of Alabama under the University Honors Program and will be recognized as a new member of the University of Alabama Alpha Lambda Delta National Honor Society in discipline Freshman Scholarship as she gets inducted in April 2017. She is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Environmental Science, majoring in Human Development and Family Studies, in pre-medicine tracking, Honors College. She is currently a member of Alpha Delta Pi, ETA Chapter.
