Baby bottles will go home this Friday, Oct. 5, in support of the Pennies From Heaven campaign. This annual fundraiser benefits local shelters who support women, men, babies and families in crisis, regardless of race, religion or marital status.
Together with the church, we raised a record-setting $17,000 last year. Bottles can be filled with cash, coins and/or checks made out to St. Hedwig Parish, with "Pennies" in the comments section.
Full or empty, all bottles need to be returned to our special school mass on Friday, Oct. 26. Please return the bottles, even if they're empty, so we can use them again next year.
