The entire seventh grade and teachers dressed up like knights, nobles or peasants. Stations were set up where we learned about knight armor, how to make leather goods, and spinning wool. We went outside and watched a demonstration of a one-on-one dual with swords and shields. We even ate chicken, corn and bread with our hands! In addition, we got to watch different acts put on by the seventh grade. I was in a play that reenacted a crusade to Jerusalem. This event was interesting because it was a hands-on learning experience.
