St. Hedwig’s boys flag football team competes in the Parochial Athletic League (PAL), offering students a chance to develop
athletic skills, teamwork, and leadership. Grades 5 & 6 play on the B team, while grades 7 & 8 compete at the varsity level.
Players learn discipline, sportsmanship, and school pride—on and off the field.
