Our admissions process is designed to help us get to know your child and family, and to ensure that St. Hedwig is the right fit for your student’s academic and spiritual growth.
We partner closely with parents to provide an exceptional educational experience — one that prepares students to meet the challenges of 21st-century learning and empowers them to make a meaningful difference in the world.
Applications for the 2024–25 school year are still being accepted as long as space is available in each grade level. Whether you’re applying for Transitional Kindergarten or Middle School, our team is here to guide you every step of the way.
How to Apply
Our admissions process is straightforward and designed to help us get to know your child as a
learner and community member. Here’s what to expect:
STEP 1: COMPLETE AND SUBMIT THE ONLINE APPLICATION
Along with the application form, please upload the following documents:
- Birth Certificate (required)
- Baptismal Certificate (if Catholic)
- Immunization Records (required)
- Most Recent Report Card (1st – 8th grade required)
- Most Recent Standardized Test Scores (1st – 8th grade required)
- IEP or 504 Plan (if applicable)
Applications will not be reviewed until all required documents are submitted.
STEP 2: APPLICATION REVIEW
Our Admissions Team will carefully review each completed application. Incomplete applications will
not move forward in the process.
STEP 3: SCREENING INVITATION
After the review, you will be contacted within approximately one week to schedule a new
student screening.
